I've lived in the Baldwin City and Ottawa area my entire life. This is home—where I grew up, built my roots, and chose to raise my family. I've always believed that serving your community with integrity isn't just good business; it's the right way to live.
My journey in the auto glass industry began back in 2004 when I joined AutoGlass Center. Starting from the ground up, I learned the trade inside and out—everything from basic repairs to complex installations. Those early years taught me not just the skills of the job, but the importance of quality work, reliable service, and treating every customer like a neighbor.
After honing my expertise for over a decade, I knew it was time to take the leap. In January 2018, I founded Young Auto Glass, driven by a vision to create a business that puts people first. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a tight-knit team: myself, our dedicated customer service representative, and two skilled technicians—all of us proud members of the Young family.
Today, we're a family-owned and operated company, still deeply connected to the Baldwin City and Ottawa communities we've called home forever. We've fixed windshields for lifelong locals, helped small businesses with their fleet needs, and gotten families back on the road safely after unexpected cracks or chips.
